Individual Session: $185
Family Session: $235
Payment is due at the end of every session.
Please note: Therapy is an investment in yourself. I believe that everyone should have access to quality counseling services, regardless of their ability to pay. I offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions for those who are experiencing financial hardship or do not have insurance. These reduced fees are determined on an individual basis during the initial consultation. For those who are able to pay the full session fee, know that your payment helps to supplement the rate for those who are unable to afford it.
Scheduling: All scheduling and rescheduling for appointments (Initial, Individual, Family) can be done through my online scheduling portal. Please visit https://brynne-angelle.clientsecure.me
Insurance:
Please call your insurance provider in advance to determine your coverage.
My services will be considered out of network with your insurance provider. What this means for you is if your insurance has out-of-network benefits for mental health services you can submit a reimbursement form at the end of each session to your insurance provider. Many clients are able to obtain some reimbursement from their insurance provider; however, there are no guarantees of reimbursement. You are responsible for the cost of the session at the time of session and a reimbursement form will be provided to you at the end of each session.
Payment Methods: I accept the following payment methods. Cash, Check, Credit Card, Paypal, Venmo
Late Cancellations: I understand that things come up that may interfere with your scheduled therapy session and therefore, I like to practice with flexibility. If something does come up please contact me immediately to either cancel or reschedule your session. A late-cancellation is considered within 24-hours of your scheduled session. I charge a full session late-cancellation fee for any missed or late canceled session. This is the responsibility of the client and not covered by any insurance providers. I appreciate your understanding and adherence to my policies.
Confidentiality: As a general rule, all therapy sessions are confidential and anything you discuss with me will remain confidential unless you request otherwise. This is as per protection rules by law, which all therapists legally need to follow, and no information from the session can be disclosed without prior written consent from the client.
There are exceptions to this law, however, and I can disclose information from the session to legal authorities or appointed persons if any of the following are true:
- The therapist suspects abuse to a child, dependent adult, or an elder, or are made aware of domestic abuse. These situations all require the therapist to notify law authorities immediately.
- If the therapist suspects an individual has caused or is threatening to cause severe bodily harm to another person, therapists are required to report it to the police.
- If an individual intends to harm himself or herself, expressing to the therapist, for example, plans for suicide. While the therapist will attempt to work through this in the therapy session if it appears to be unresolved or the client does not cooperate, additional action may need to be taken to ensure the safety of the client.
