A life coach can be a valuable asset in helping you achieve your personal and professional goals. They provide guidance and accountability, helping you work through obstacles and challenges that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

Life coaching can benefit individuals from all walks of life, whether you’re facing career changes, relationship issues, health concerns, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of the direction to take in your life. Through a series of sessions, a life coach can assist with setting realistic and achievable goals, creating action plans for success, identifying limiting beliefs and behaviors, and holding you accountable for following through on these plans.

Some may wonder if they truly need the assistance of a life coach – after all, can’t we just figure things out on our own? While it’s certainly possible to do some soul searching and reach personal growth without outside help, having the expertise and support of a trained life coach can expedite the process and lead to more effective results. A life coach has the skills and tools necessary to help navigate difficult situations or emotions that may arise during the coaching process.

In addition to offering support and guidance, a life coach can also serve as a sounding board for ideas or concerns. They offer an outside perspective that allows for fresh insights and new perspectives on problems or challenges faced in daily life.

If you find yourself unsatisfied with where you currently are in life or feeling stuck in certain areas, investing in the services of a life coach could prove immensely beneficial in propelling you toward achieving your goals and reaching your fullest potential. Don’t let fear or hesitation hold you back from making positive changes – start taking action towards creating a happier, more fulfilling future with the help of a skilled life coach by your side.

Who Can Benefit from Life Coaching:

Anyone can potentially benefit from life coaching, but it is particularly helpful for those who feel stuck in their current circumstances, unsure of what they want in life, or unable to make progress towards their goals. It can also be beneficial for individuals facing major life transitions or challenges, such as a career change or relationship difficulties.

Some potential specific groups who may find value in working with a life coach include: high-achieving professionals looking for more fulfillment in their careers; individuals struggling with low self-esteem or confidence; people dealing with personal issues such as addiction or chronic stress; and individuals seeking more balance and harmony in all areas of their lives.

While traditional therapy focuses on addressing past traumas and deep-rooted psychological issues, life coaching takes a forward-focused approach to helping clients create positive changes and achieve their personal and professional goals. Through a combination of personalized strategies and accountability, a life coach can support clients as they explore and pursue their unique dreams and desires.

It’s important to note that life coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment – instead, it can complement these forms of support by offering practical tools and guidance in navigating everyday challenges and creating lasting positive change. Ultimately, anyone who wants to bring greater clarity, purpose, and fulfillment into their lives could potentially benefit from working with a skilled and experienced life coach.

What Type of Life Coaching Do I Do?

I am Certified in Strategic Intervention Coaching. Strategic Intervention Coaching is a dynamic type of life coaching which is used worldwide to help individuals, families, couples, and organizations to support the individual and group. Strategic Intervention Coaching brings a system of change that empowers the client to take action daily in their life. It is through real actions, taught as SI Strategies by their coach, that a client creates the real and lasting change they desire. Strategic Intervention believes that all people have the potential to overcome the negative patterns and beliefs which keep them from thriving and reaching their goals.

How is SI Coaching different from other types of Life Coaching?

A Certified Strategic Intervention Coach has gone through intensive study and training in strategies to handle the whole range of human needs and life challenges. Most life coach training focus on one type of result such as: goals, beliefs, or steps while SI helps address the wide range of human potential and obstacles. Strategic Interventionists are trained to identify every type of obstacle that may be holding a client back (such as their internal beliefs, their communication patterns, their relationships, their life stages) and prescribe practical strategies to create results in each of these areas. SI Coaches provide practical frameworks for the client to understand their options, and then offers them strategies and actions for bringing about the changes they want. Where some traditional life coaching methods focus on “the client discovering their own solutions,” Strategic Intervention Coaches help clients take practical action to transform their experience of life. SI encompasses goal setting, communication skill building, relationship work, high performance, meaning/purpose discovery, and uses creative modalities to help clients put their dreams into action. The SI Client learns about his or her needs, triggers, key relationships, safe problems, and expands their ability to think creatively, see potential in every part of life, expand and deepen all their relationships, and overcome the fears which have limited their joy and progress.

How will life coaching help?

You can expect to gain clarity, action, and progress towards the goals you want to achieve. You will learn about yourself and how to be more effective with the key people in your life. Insights often include: how to rebuild a difficult relationship, how to become more inspired about your career, how to plan for effective action. Most clients discover areas of opportunity, freeing up energy and initiative, and more insight and harmony with those they care about.

What happens in a Life Coaching Session?

Each session is tailored to the client and will vary based on individual needs. In the beginning during the initial phone consultation, we will discuss what you are committed to accomplishing through our work together. I will send you a needs analysis form to fill out and returned prior to our first session. At the beginning we will create a plan for achieving your goals and I will have you become familiar with the importance of the 6 Human Needs. We will work together to acknowledge obstacles, explore alternate perspectives, and celebrate successes. With the conclusion of each session, we will revisit your goals, evaluate the next step, and you will usually be presented with a simple assignment or directive to be carried out between sessions.
